Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Myers's Dark Rum

30   ml    Bacardi Superior Rum

15   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

60   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

1  dash   Pomegranate(Grenadine)Syrup

Glass         HighBall

Method      Pour and Strain

MIxture

Except for triple sec and myers's rum;  pour all ingredients into a chilled highball glass; Filled with crushed ice then stir until the glass is frosted;  then add the myer's dark rum and triple sec liqueur

Garnish      A Slice each of Lemon, Orange, Pinapple, Red Cherry  and A Sprig Fresh Mint. (Dipped in Sugar)
