Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

15   ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

  4   ml   Angostura Bitters

Glass         Old Fashioned

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker, combine all ingredients with  ice cubes; shake and strain into a chilled oLd fashioned glass.

Garnish      Lemon Wheel with Red Cherry
