Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   White Rum

15   ml   Galliano Vanilla-Flavored Liqueur

60   ml   Pineapple Juice

  5   ml   Lime Juice

60   ml   Brut Champagne

Glass         Highball

Method      Pour

Mixture

In a cocktail shaker pour all ingredients except champagne. shake and strain into chilled highball glass with ice cubes; top with champagne and stir.

Garnish      Pineapple Slice and Red Cherry
