Cocktail Recipe

120   ml   Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey

   1   Spoon   White Sugar

 30   ml    Hot Water

Glass         Brandy 

Method      Pour / Blazing

Mixture

Prepare two large mugs (Silver plate or Stainless Steel). Set the whiskey on fire on one mug, and while liquid blazing, pour 4 or 5 times from one mug into another mug. Shuts off liquid fire on mug and pour into brandy glass.

Garnish      Twist of Lemon Peel and Greated Nutmeg
