30   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

10   ml   Bols Cherry Brandy Liqueur

20   ml   Dom Benedictine Liqueur

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

30   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

1  dash   Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Glass         Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice,combine gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes, Pour soda water and Stir; Top with dom benedictine and angustura bitters

Garnish    Lime Wheel & Green Cherry
