  60   ml     Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  60   ml     Honey

180   ml     Fresh Boiling Water

    4   slice  Fresh Ginger

Glass         Hot Mug/ Highball

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a hot mug/ highball put all ingredients, Fill two-thirds with boiling water and Stir.
