60   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

15   ml   Simple Syrup (2sugar >1 water)

 Glass        Martini

Method      Shake 7 and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled martini glass

Garnish      Lime Slice
