Cocktail Recipe

15   ml   Poire Williams Pear Brandy   

15   ml   Grand Marnier Liqueur

120 ml   Brut Champagne

1  slice   Fresh Pear Fruit

Glass          Champagne Flute

Method      Blend / Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients; Except brut champagne; Pour into a chilled champagne flute; Fill with chilled brut champagne; Stir very gently.

Garnish      Slice of  Pear
