60   ml   Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey

1  cube   White Sugar

1  dash   Angostura Aromatic Bitters

Glass         Old Fashioned

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a chilled old fashioned glass; muddle  the sugar and angustura bitters with  little soda water; Add a twist of lemon peel and ice cubes; Pour bourbon whiskey and  Stir.

Garnish      Lemon Slice & Red Cherry
