15   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

15   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac

60   ml   Brut Champagne

Glass         Champagne Flute

Method      Shake, Strain up and Stir

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combined gin and cognac; shake and pour into a chilled champagne flute; Fill with chilled brut champagne.
