Anejo Highball

 

Cocktail Recipe

60   ml   Anejo Rum

15   ml  Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur 

30   ml   Simple Syrup  (2 sugar>1 water)

120 ml   Ginger Ale

30   ml   Fresh Lime Juice

10   ml    Lemon Juice

  2   dash  Angsstura Bitters  

 

Glass         Poco Grande or Highball Glass

Method      Stir

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients; Stir and strain into a chilled poco grande glass with ice cubes  

Garnish     Lime Wedge
