Cocktail Recipe

30   ml   Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey

30   ml   Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

15   ml   Simple Syrup (2 sugar >1 water)

Glass         Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes.
