Cocktail Recipe

45   ml   Liquor (liquor of your choice)

30   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

90   ml   Schweppes Soda Water

  5   ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

Glass         Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; except soda water; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes; Top with schweppes soda water ;Stir.

Garnish      Orange Slice and Red Cherry
